Highly disappointing experience. The beef tartare was overly tart with too much sour flavor to completely overpower the beef flavor, the pork belly carbonara had great flavor, however the pork belly (an extremely fatty and juicy cut) was overcooked both in terms of having a thick char as well as well as having a dry structure as opposed to to the juicy melt in the mouth feel that is supposed to have.
