We have never been to a Biscuit World. Walking in the place was spotless. Employees were all busy doing everything. Cooking cleaning, no one standing around. Everyone was pleasant and seemed to be happy to be there. Bathrooms were immaculate. Whomever is the manager, nice job. Great crew. Happy workers, clean place and good food. I went in to buy a gift card. The cashier was not aware they sell those. Another employee had to take over the transaction. I was disappointed that I was told they didn't sell gift cards when in fact they do. Overall, all staff should be knowledgeable about the products/services. View all feedback.
