Our dinners were a bit uneven. Tomahawk pork chop extremely good, elk a little overdone and dry. Trout was very good. Pork belly appetizer wasn’t meaty enough leaving just very crisp skin with little taste, salad excellent. The carpaccio was excellent as well. The Atmosphere at the Red Stag Grille is nice. Definitely an upper class, nicer restaurant. European styled, very rustic. Service is great but the food itself is mid at best... especially for the price. View all feedback.
