Ordered a rare t-bone which came out VERY well done. After complaining, the chef came out and argued that Kazakhstan beef can not be cooked rare. After, I ordered another piece of steak which came out EXTREMELY rare and **** (disgusting). Either the chef is very inexperienced or he cooked the second steak like that on purpose.
