Haven't been to a Krystal in years! It was just like I remembered! The customer service was amazing! Everyone was so nice! Got our food fast, despite it being busy. Love the decorations and artwork at this location! I'll be coming back again when I'm in the area. View all feedback.

1. Drive thru order not taken at the speaker. I waited a while and was told to drive around to the window to take my order. 2. Even face to face, I had to repeat my order multiple times to the cashier. It was still wrong. But food was hot. 3. Was randomly charged for a bag of ice. When I pointed it out to the cashier, she told me that they don 't sell ice. Well... 4. Instead of offering a refund, she asked if I wanted something else. Not really. I ordered what I wanted already. 5. When I said, Okay fine, small fry , she pointed out that the fries cost more than the ice. Okay fine, please just refund the ice. She thought about it and went and got the fries. Smh.
