This bar is deteriorating quickly with subpar service, disgruntled staff, and no food available during our visit at 4:30. We were informed that food wouldn't be available until 5, but at 5 there was still no chef in sight. We were then told it might be ready by 5:30 due to licensing regulations requiring food be available. Since new ownership, the quality of this establishment has clearly declined.
