Stopped for lunch on a drive along the coast and was very impressed with the choice and standard of food. A restaurant that is mainly used by the local population so do not expect silver service and fancy surrounds. The quality and choice of the seafood makes up for any reservations about the decor . Do not be fooled by the other reviews: chez mimi is third rate. The soup was watery, the fish and frites were swimming in grease, we received no bread despite repeated requests and -- insult to insults -- the waiter never brought the wine we ordered....just nothing. Avoid like the plague, and go to Le Vent du nord instead which is excellent value. View all feedback.
