The food was too hot for consumption 10 minutes after leaving. Water was from the awning at the passage to my lap. It wasn't just raining dreadful construction that I would imagine in the building. This location has been open for at least a few months. There is no reason why this should not be fixed. Also there were no napkins in the bag.
