Sometimes the wait is a bit long but we don’t mind as it means hot, fresh pretzelsI will say, though, customer service could be better but I’ve been to worse. I visited Auntie Anne’s today while at the Augusta Mall. I purchased a pretzel. I am beyond disgusted. The pretzel was warm when I purchased it. I waited until I got into my car to eat it. I couldn’t. How in the hell could the pretzel be warm but rock hard and still doughy inside? My last visit was similar but decided to try again. This place has gone all the way down!
