I love a good brewery and what makes this place special is that it is a cooperative that pays a living wage and tips are not allowed. I think this may be why the staff seemed to actually enjoy their job and what they do. We were craving fish and chips. I called at 6 pm. I only had one concern after reading the reviews. I hoped they now served tarter sauce and vinegar instead of Aioli or sour cream.
