it is almost impossible to choose from all amazing meats and sides they have here. in no particular order, the brisket, pulled pork, both types of sausages, they are my favorites from the meat options. so good. in the war of the next-courts I will crown the schaloppen kartoffeln, but the Jicama claw and the green Chile maize are also incredible. oh, burned end, do not forget the burned end. The brisket is well-made and tasty. That said, I’m assuming the over pricing is due to its proximity to Steiner Ranch. There are several places up and down 620 with incredibly reasonable prices and more traditional barbecue offerings.
