What Heather C likes about Starbucks:
On a visit before COVID, I had questions about a new drink that had just been introduced. A barista took the time to explain the drink and its preparation in detail, which was far more informative than just saying, "It's espresso with chocolate." That interaction was fantastic and even prompted me to call Starbucks Customer Service to commend them!
