This is just a lovely spot for lunch with a fabulous view of the surrounding mountains. We ate here a few times and I’m quite addicted to their spaghetti carbonara. I think they’re using the traditional guanciale instead of pancetta and it’s lovely. The glorious rich egg yolks clinging to perfectly cooked pasta was absolutely perfect.
