Absolutely the worst ribs I've ever eaten. They were cooked! But not fried/grilled. And slimy ribs don't taste good or look tempting. The interior didn't feel like a Texas holdout at all, but rather like a recreational farm. And when the server also goes out and smokes openly during the service, it feels like a rather low level.
