Kundenwünsche sind anscheinend nicht gern gehört, man reagiert bereits am Telefon ziemlich unflexibel (statt Rösti Gemüse oder Salat zu servieren geht nicht). Essen war mässig (Rösti z.B. innen noch halb roh, aber aussen wenigstens herrlich knusprig).
