Alright.. is it the most authentic? No.. but does it do the job? Yes! Overall the soup base and pork is good.. the ramen itself I can tell it's not the fresh kind you get in those crazy ramen spots in NYC. But this is Babylon.. you can't expect anythingtoo crazy right?
