among the best Italians I have eaten in italy. this inconceivable local restaurant prepared exquisite Italian vegetables from south, (the artichokes are a gold standard,) and pastas. I had lasagna with béchamel and meat sauce, my man had truffle top pata that reminds our best experience in orvieto during the truffle season. the personal is friendly and conscientious.
