We stayed next door and just strolled across to this lovely restaurant. Frankly we were surprised to find something of this class on the outskirts of town. There were groups of local people, travellers, couples and a table of ladies who were eating together. We were staying at the Premiere Classe next door having driven up from Limoux. After asking for a table for two the maitre d asked us if we'd like an English menu!! Oh oh, sussed. Pizzas arrived and were tasty but then we had a very very long wait for a dessert.
