Mestizos is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in Baton Rouge. We went for their buffet special and it was such an incredible experience! My absolute favorites were the mashed cauliflower, fried redfish with peanut mole sauce, and grilled flank steak. And for dessert, the tres leches.
