I used to love Panda Express. I don't know if the decline reflects all stores or just this one but the portions were not what they used to be. A la carte honey sesame chicken, and the box was half full. Same with honey walnut shrimp. Literally, 6 small shrimp and 2 walnuts. The spring rolls tasted different, not in a good way.
