I go there a lot, but on April 17,2022, I really wanted some Chocolate Fudge ice cream and when she handed it to me I noticed it looked like regular chocolate ice cream. I made a remark that it wasn’t dark and the girl just ignored me. I paid $7 for my sister and I and went ahead and ate it. Customer service is getting worse every time we visit. Quality is not what it used to be. Ice not so cold, literally 6 min away and pots are melted before we make it home. Banana splits are basically a melted milkshake in less than 6 minutes. They seem to stop caramel and hot fudge warm a few hours before closing.
