Employees are nice and drinks are delicious, but this is the SLOWEST STARBUCKS IN THE WORLD. You should expect to wait 15-20 minutes minimum either in-store or drive-thru. They are just really inefficient. For example, there's always a few employees standing around with nothing to do while others are overworked, not because they are lazy or anything but because of the way they divide labor.
