What Michele Kessler doesn't like about Rio-Bar:
A cocktail bar with shelves of liquors, almost entirely unopened that refuses to serve cocktails. Did not know what an Old-Fashioned was. Refused to serve a Negroni because the vermouth and Campari were not mounted in the wall dispensers. Only serves single liquors in single servings. You can have a gin tonic or a shot of bar scotch or beer. Ridiculous. View all feedback.

The design of the bar is reminiscent of a completely dilapidated bar from the USA from the 70s....
