After a full day of activity, made a booking at Briars for dinner. The staff were attentive and demonstrated knowledge of menu and relevant ingredients. Menu is compact but covers a good selection food quality was spot on. Shared a number of small plates which were flavourful, desserts were delightful. Happy to recommend a visit to Briars.
