The lady at the reception is rude and doesn't want to take any feedback. Look at the amount of curd given with biryani and dahi puri -1 spoon . It's better not to give it rather than offering 1 spoon. When I wanted to share a feedback with her, her argument was that all restaurants do the same and she was following what others did.
