I called to place an order at 7:30 PM. I was on hold for 15 minutes so I decided to hang up. They left the phone off the hook until closing. I arrived at 8:20pm to place the order I was already trying to place and was told we had to place the order by 8:00pm to have any fried foods besides fries or tots.
