I was delighted with this butchery Until this hot spring 2023, where I ordered more meats, including lamb. The owner advises me to quickly cook the lamb because it would not support the heat. I notice that she takes back the dish in which she took my pieces, and comes back with another whose color of the meat seems much cooler. Arrived at my house, an infect smell of the lamb.
