Don't underestimate it due to its plain dining area and unsuspecting location, it is absolutely one of the best sushi restaurants in Bellevue. We took our friends out for dinner at Flo yesterday. We ordered a bunch of dishes from the Cold, Hot and entrees and flites of sake. The food is generally good but should be served with a set of magnifying glasses. Do not order anything marked market price, it is day light robbery.
