Order for Medhu Vada and Onion Rava Masala Dosa. Medhu Vada was good, but Dosa was bad. A look at the dosa should have been enough to realize that the pan was not hot enough for dosa properly boiled and re-rotate instead of simply sending it in the take-out order, see photo of the full white dosa to speak with no real brown color.
