I loved Kura Sushi in Japan so had to try it out here! The sushi was good but unfortunately, the karage looked hard, overcooked, and unappetizing nothing like in the photos. We went for the first time, probably around 1:30pm. The wait was about an hour long. I don't understand their wait list. You get a text the first time, and it's only to wait in line.
