Most locations around this area claim that they are open, but its not true, Im assuming that due to staffing issues and how it might be unsafe. I travel a lot around the Los Angeles Metropolitan and usually leave my home around 4:30am. I just waited in line for 20 minutes for my fast food. As I drove out, I sipped my drink. The drink was wrong. I didn 't want to get back in line for another 20 minutes for my drink. I have to go to work. As I walk in with my cup to change the drink the owner stops me. He states it isn 't him, it 's the health department and I can 't refill my drink.
