Second time giving it a try. 1st time the burger was burnt when we mentioned it we were told that they are cooked over an open flame. No apologies and acted like how dare we say anything. 2nd and last time, we ordered chicken strips and a burger. Again the burger was over cooked, burnt and very dry.
