Herzliya is one of the beaches around Tel Aviv, where you can surf kitesurf or just walk along the coast for hours, passing the surfers, paddle boarders, beach ping pong players and happy families around. It has a wheelchair accessibility by 2 elevators and the trails not along the beach, but strait to the sea line.
