Tables could have used a wipe, but bathrooms were clean, and staff was quick and friendly. The parking lot was hard to navigate, and the drive-through was wrapped around building, making it impossible to pull out of the handicap parking, trapped there for nearly 20 minutes before we could pull out to leave. If handicapped would recommend going to another Starbucks location. View all feedback.

12.1.23I honestly used to love coming to the Starbucks. I would actually drive to this one instead of the one in Centerton that is closest to my house.But I just had the rudest interaction with the person taking the orders at this location.I ordered my brown sugar, shaken espresso with light ice. That should’ve been the end of it.But the Person goes off and starts preaching to me how the cup won’t be full just because I order light ice.And I said, OK, trying to understand what they were saying. And they kept screaming no and getting an attitude with me because I wasn’t understanding what they were saying.Honestly, the rudest customer experience I’ve ever experienced.
