My friend and I have been moving to East Bay for almost a year to smuggle really clean Chinese food. I'm sure we missed some places, but that's the best we've tried so far. While the food is fresh and made with healthier oils than standard Chinese joints, the prices are just too high and portions too small for it to be a good value. I want to come back but probably won't because it's just not a good value. They also forgot about our order so it ended up taking awhile to get our food.
