Okay, so the frozen treats are great, BUT the other food is inconsistent. We took food home to see a movie with friends, and we were impressed this time that the orders were correct and the food was hot. It's not always like that. Abysmal customer service. The Blizzards that we got here were not bad. However the cups were only 2/3rds full of what we ordered. Apparently they are really trying to cut costs at this store. The employees were also very rude and slow to get food out which isn't surprising since they had 3 or 4 of the employees standing around making jokes at the counter, instead of working to address the line of cars wrapped around...
