we booked a table for 7:15pm and we still didn’t get seated until 8:07pm …. once seated our server came over and was so busy she couldn’t be attentive, we were celebrating a child’s birthday party but it took forever for the children to get drinks and food but the adults received alcoholic beverages FAST … i wish i service was better because we’ve had better experiences but hey you win some and lose some. I made a reservation through open table for my group. When we arrived, I was told they did not accept reservations on Thursday. We were also not allowed to use the larger tables due to a group that only used about 4 tables in the entire section. The front desk and manager was not eager to help.
