I will continue to eat here as I have for years, but they made a mistake with my food that I bought in the drive thru. I bought the chicken tenders. The tenders were fried together in one clump and not separated so they could cook evenly. Arrived and stood by the greeting station for a few minutes... nobody acknowledged us, so as visitors from the UK, we then presumed that we were supposed to seat ourselves....so we sat and were completely ignored again as servers just walked by us.
