Poor customer service, the attitude of staff is extremely rude. They sound very bored and that it’s a chore if you’re asking for someone. We also asked to swap the ice cream in our dessert for custard, we were told we would have to pay for the custard as “it’s tough if we don’t want the ice cream” never have I experienced that before.
