I was not regular, and this is 100% a local service industry bar. Although I was an outsider, the bar alert made me good drinks, and the cartridges regular were very friendly and welcoming. I have read some bad reviews about the bar staff and regularly; only I can suspect that they may not have been treated with respect by the person who left the bad review.
