Beautiful view and kitchen staff is always on point and I've enjoyed several sandwhiches, pasta and salads. Only issue is service side. Of the five times I've tried Bay Breeze it's difficult just getting acknowledged that I'm at the front. Most recent visit the service staff walked by 28 times and made eye contact 19 of those times without even acknowledging I was there. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5 View all feedback.
