Our family have had beautiful memories made at Blooms Cafe over the last few years but when we stopped this time something had changed. The gardens were overgrown, the place was dirty and the service wasn't warm. It was like the magical atmosphere was gone. The food that was once generous and amazing was now stingy and tasteless.
