Went to the Bannister KCMO location and had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Paid for a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger, NO BURGER ON THE SANDWICH! See Picture!!! AND paid for 5, 6 pieces nuggets, BUT got 2, 4 piece and 3, 5 piece nuggets! This is ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE! View all feedback.
