The Ecofih hotel school organized a special lunch on the occasion of the Beaujolais Nouveau. With my friend we were delighted to attend. For a Christmas meal, we are heading to this hotel school that practices low prices for elaborate dishes. The reception and service are provided by students. We need patience and indulgence. On the dishes, the Niçoise salad was good despite the anchovies too salty to my taste. The lamb square was good but no more. The cheese tray was too classic but the chocolate mousse was a great success. View all feedback.
