What Natasha M doesn't like about Paris Morning Cafe Bakery:
The pastries were dry, except for the brownies and they tasted ok. The Boba tea was OK as well. Also, an item I ordered was not available and instead of just ommiting that item, they replaced it for an available pastry and charged me more. Either charge the same amount for the item being replaced or simply don't replace it. There is no way to approve that replacement and choose to avoid the extra charge even if it's...
