This is one of the better Starbucks locations in the Richmond area. In addition to a very busy drive up window (which DOES sometimes block easy access to parking , it has a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere with quick service, and (even more important to me.. plenty of comfortable seating. Parking: The line of cars for the drive up window sometimes blocks access to open parking for customers who want to go inside. View all feedback.

Utilize The mobile app to order ahead. Order at 7:04 a.m. for a coffee. Order was not ready until 7:18 a.m.14 minutes is absolutely absurd for one coffee. Not a frou-foo drink. Not an extra hot hot with extra whip caramel drizzle.. A coffee. I guess Starbucks has lost touch with their Namesake. View all feedback.
