Our Facebook community posted several months ago a serious health concern. She witnessed one of the clerks making a hand tossed pizza in the hot kitchen area exposed to the public. This young man wiped the sweat off his forehead and continued to kneed the dough!!!!!! If that's not a concern what is? I was a certified food manager for nearly 30 yrs.
