Horrible at filling online orders. From the time I placed my order it took 31 minutes for them to make my order. Meanwhile as I wait in the restaurant they serve dozens of walk-ins right away. Whats the point of having an online order system if it has lower priority than in-person orders? The staff are also terrible at communicating ETAs for orders, basically ignoring everyone at the pickup counter. View all feedback.
