However, others had a fantastic time with perfectly prepared dishes such as Spanish octopus, bouillabaisse, and apple soufflé. The service was commended by many, with some mentioning the professional and helpful waitstaff. While some preferred the more upscale upstairs dining area, others enjoyed the lively bar scene downstairs. What Marjo Rutten likes about Bistro du Midi:
Service was outstanding as usual. The food we had Tuna and Salad as well as Duck and Halibut were delicious. Wine by the glass good and good prices. Only problem it was Very cold! We had to move to different table and then it got Cold again. They said they changed A/C temp but it was not fun eating in a COOL breeze. View all feedback.
What catherinep doesn't like about Bistro du Midi:
The food was mediocre and expensive. The omelette was dry and the salad was plain lettuce with barely any dressing. Fries were cold and hard with unpleasant smoke spice on them. Won’t go back. View all feedback.
Lovely food and wine and extremely popular and busy. Food and service was all good.
Great service, good food and drinks. Went in a big group and it worked out very well.
