So I’m very sensitive to oil. Both times I ordered the gyro salad with no oil added on the grill to heat the gyro meat and they adhered to my request. The last time the owner herself made sure they used water rather than oil. I have to admit- I called and questioned her but when I got home- it was very evident that oil was not added.
